If you still can't find an answer to your problem send an email to webstripper@solentsoftware.com. Please bear in mind though that the more emails we have to answer the less time we get to fix bugs and add features, so please check the FAQs and help file first - Thank you.

Make sure you include the following information:
You operating system.
The version of WebStripper you are using. This is displayed in the title bar or the About window: Select Help|About.
The address of the website you where trying to access (If it's a problem with a site).
A description of the problem. Include any information you think may be relevant including a step by step description of what you did and any messages displayed.
