If you have any queries about WebStripper the first place to look is this help file.  Just press the F1 key or click any of the Help buttons. The help file gives full details of each window and answers all the most frequent asked questions (FAQ).  Use the Contents or Index buttons above for more help.

If you think you've found a bug the chances are someone has already reported it.  This page of our website contains details of any known bugs as well as the latest bug fixes and new feature announcements.

If you still can't find an answer to your problem or you have found a new bug then sent an email to webstripper@solentsoftware.com.  Make sure you include the following information: 
  • Your operating system. 
  • The version of WebStripper you are using. This is displayed in the About window: Select Help|About. 
  • The address of the website you where trying to access. 
  • A description of the problem. Include any information you think may be relevant including a step by step description of what you did and any messages displayed by WebStripper.
